How can we help?

Licence-search issues

Tell us which part of the search did not work. Please avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive information.

Corrections and concerns

Anyone named or identifiable in a result can request a review of a possible incorrect identity match, outdated record or misleading description. Email the page URL, licence number if known, what appears wrong and a link to the official record. We review concerns promptly and correct our own presentation where needed. Please do not email identity documents. Official licence records can only be changed by NSW Government.

Independent consumer education

Suggest a topic or ask about our guides to verifying agents, agencies and published regulatory information.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

Need to change a government licence record?

AgentCheck is not a government agency and cannot amend official licence information, adjudicate complaints or provide a government verification certificate. For formal government matters, use the official NSW channels.
